The WSCA Conference Ambassador Program reduces the cost of conference registration in exchange for a minimum of four (4) hours of volunteer time during the conference. If approved for the Ambassador Program, you are entitled to the Ambassador Registration rate of $199 plus tax for the two day conference (or $99 for student ambassadors). Pre-conference is NOT included in the Ambassador Program but can be added during registration.
Eligibility & Guidelines
Volunteers must be current WSCA members valid through March 5, 2027 (either as professional members or student members).
Volunteers must complete the volunteer application by the deadline of December 4, 2026.
Applicants will be notified of their status no later than December 9, 2026.
Volunteers must attend a mandatory training which will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2027 at 10am on Zoom.
